Cancellation policy

For cancellations received by July 15th, 2014, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. A deduction of EUR 30 administrative fee will be made in order to cover the costs of processing. No refunds will be available for cancellations made after that date. All refunds will be issued after the Conference.

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team at the University of Vienna (congress@univie.ac.at; Fax: 43-1-4277-176 99).
